Moving from Australia to Vietnam

I am retired and considering a move to Vietnam. I would prefer somewhere on the coast but am open to suggestions. I'm looking at renting, long term, minimum of 12 months, a fully furnished house with an enclosed yard as I have pet dogs that I would like to take with me. Being a novice at this, can anyone advise the best way about doing this?
