Looking for a small dog/puppy

Hi Everyone,
My wife and I recently bought a small puppy from the country-side in Vungtau, however she did not live for more than a week. My wife and I were very. Apparently, she had hookworms and even though we took her to the vet in VT, there was nothing they could do for her. We would like to adopt/buy a small breed dog, so PLEASE if you have any information please let us know ASAP. Any breed is good with us.
