Hiring Domestic Staff

Hi everyone! I'm torn between opening a new office in either Vietnam or Myanmar. Myanmar is tempting but I hear so many positives about Vietnam. I operate in bangkok as a nanny/maid agency since 1991 and feel that it is time to expand with ASEAN on the horizon. Is there a demand for domestic staff and are the existing agencies good? Are staff expensive? Any feedback on the subject would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
