seeking for a medical translator or bilingual doc Saigon ASAP

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for contacts of any bilingual doctor or interpreter who could help my friend communicate with a local HCM hospital, this is very serious for us, sort of running out of time situation: our friend got in a bike crash, was transported by ER to HCM with a head crack and brain hematoma, 3 days in coma by now.. Local hospital is not really friendly about sharing his scans or any information, yet they recommend a surgery, but as they are pretty vague and hardly speak any English we need a vietnamese-english or vitnamese - russian person, best case if this person is a medic too.. Please share and repost, twimc!
