Australian wishing to move to Vietnam want to talk/meet western expats in Vietnam

Hi all, I do have 2 posts on here as I'm just trying to grab some attention to help please.traveling there in June and wish to meet/talk to as many expats as possible. trying to buy a bar is our main aim just need as much info on Vietnam/bars laws etc etc..any help much appreciated.
