Rheumatoid Arthritis Medication availability

Hello, I am planning on retiring to Saigon next year, and I am trying to find out the availability of certain medications in Vietnam.

In particular, I am looking for the following:

Methotrexate
Folic acid
Levothyroxine

I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who might be living in Vietnam and taking any or all of these medications as far as availability, cost, etc.
