Whats up with the real estate maket in Nicaragua ?It appears that while Real estate is going down here in the U.S.It appears to be rising in NIC. Are the realitors over inflating the market ?
Hoping the last big spenders are on there way ?Ive seen the same properties over the last two years jump up in price
bt 10-20 thousand dollars
leaps.While my home here in the states is worth less and less. Is it just me or is becoming more of a buyer beware situation? COMMENTS ?
