Matagalpa to/from Granada Transportation

Looking to make a one-day trip ... (have animals at home that need care in pm) ...
(1) Matagalpa to/from Granada
and
(2) Matagalpa to/from Masaya

I have researched bus transportation and find it VERY cumbersome (no direct route / requiring transfer to another bus(es) and inconvenient hours (bus route schedules require an overnite stay as they do not allow enough time to enjoy the locale)

Sooo, anybody know of any options / alternatives to this dilemma?

Anybody going to/from Matagalpa to Managua that would provide transportation to either Masaya or Granada on their way to Managua? Willing to pay fee for trouble and gas.
