Spanish Language Schools

I will be returning to Nicaragua for my 2nd visit in October. I plan to spend at least 2 weeks in a language school with home stays. Possibly one in Granada and one in SJDS. I would like to hear from others who have done this with their recommendations of schools and experiences with home stays. I am expecting to experience some culture shock for sure, but am hoping that the accommodations might not be too much of a shock.
