BEWARE: Granada Colonial Retirement Home!!!
If this house is that bad, I would hate to see what some of the cheaper houses offer...............................
Its a great location if you like NOISE (neighbours on both sides are loud and constant) filth, dog shi# on your porch and the street out front and feral and former rescue cats crawling down from the rooftops at night into your courtyard fighting, spraying and hunting right under your nose while you are sleeping. It stinks so bad, there's mold everywhere from the litter boxes and the brutal humidity. Electricity and other household costs are astronomical relative to the experience and comparable to other places where you really could have a nice retirement! This is really an ugly third world property specifically known as Casa Hubberts Peak that is far from luxury on a really dirty, noisy street Calle Corrales! They will tell you its the best location in town lol...
Trust me I lived here for a few days before fleeing and the owner does nothing but misrepresent everything and renege on promises. Anyone who would consider buying or renting this property is crazy.
