Trip Agenda - Realistic?

In June/July, I am going to make my exploratory trip prior to moving next Spring. I would like to check out my main areas of consideration. Thus far I am interested in the areas surrounding Granada, Rivas, San Juan del Sur and/or other beach communitees, Jinotepe/Diriembe, and Leon/Poneloya in rural or semi-rural settings. Is it too much to try on a 2 week trip?

If that is unrealistic, I guess I could always rent on a short term lease when I do move next year to further check out locations. I would just like to have a few informed and "professional" opinions.
