Planning a visit this year, and hopefully a move in 2015, We want to travel around the country and see where we may want to live and rent a home.
We are not sure if we want to buy a home down the road or not, however we cannot seem to find a rental in nica that are not vacation rentals. They seem to be extremely expensive. I have also read that alot of expats
are moving from costa rica to nica because of the rising costs. Any predications of Nica heading in that direction.
