International Health Care

My husband and I were contemplating and researching purchasing international health care for when we move, mainly because of our two year old daughter. Can anyone enlighten me on the issue? Is it worth it? We will have a home base in Granada, but will probably spend some time also traveling before she starts Kindergarten. I am mainly concerned about whether or not facilities there would even accept the insurance and if not, is it difficult to get well check ups/immunizations? Also, if she gets sick is it difficult to receive care? Thankfully, she recently had her two year check up and hasn't been ill in her two years of life. We are pretty set on the move as far as other things, but I am always a concerned mother. Thank you in advance for your input!
