If you are going to be driving in Nicaragua you need to understand how they work. It is true that only that only police wearing long sleeves can give you a ticket. This gentleman's experience is quite enlightening. Be very careful just before holidays, everyone needs extra funds for family events. Mother's day and Navidad are very expensive.
