Customs Agent

Hi All,
I recently moved to Granada, and I'm hoping to send a shipping container from the US to Nicaragua. I have everything lined up except for a customs agent. Do any of you have experience shipping a container (40 feet) into Managua, or know a customs agent who speaks English.
