Educational Options in Leon

My first post here!

My family is moving to Leon in mid-December of this year as my wife will be working at the medical school until the end of May, 2015, helping to establish a post-graduate primary care training program. We have two children, ages 10 and 15 who will be with us.

I have been researching and reading extensively, and want to confirm that there are essentially NO english language school choices in Leon or anywhere nearby? I see the range of options in Managua, but we are not prepared to have them travel back and forth for school. My older child has basic Spanish skills (as in 3 years of school); my son, none.

If I am correct, I would appreciate hearing what and how other folks in a similar set of circumstances have managed. I am sure there will be more questions to follow, but this feels like a good start.
