Are homeopathic medicaments available in Nicaragua?
I treat almost everything very efficiently with homeopathy since many years, except for antibiotics p.ex. in case of staphylococcus (not sure about spelling).
Homeopathy recommends for any kind of severe fever (also Dengue) a treatment with Aconit, Bryonia, Belladonna and Arsenicum album.
Our standard medicament which we always have in the house is Nux vomica for all intestinal problems, incl. diarrhea, vomiting, also for travel disease.
I already gave this to many people who were vomiting in an overland bus (to go to the capital means 650 km with about 1,500 turns, a part of them in the mountains, on a road with no lateral protection).
And it helped in all cases!
I even took a malaria prophylaxis (very high potency of C200 for vaccination) for a journey to Guinea long time ago, and it was fine.
Of course every "normal" doctor will tell you that this does not work,
but it is always worth to give it a try.
