Is blind and diabetic not good health

I have posted here before about possibly moving to Nicaragua, in my research I have heard that part of the residency requirement is that one has to be in good health. I am legally blind and long-term diabetic, would that b considered not being in good health? I know certain countries i.e. New Zealand don't take kindly to sick people staying in their country
