Rentista or Retiree Visa

I am researching the requirements for obtaining Rentista or Retiree visas. I am wondering about the monthly income requirement from a pension or other retirement fund. I have a 401K that has already accumulated more than the minimum monthly income for at least the next 10 years, but I won't be able to start drawing without penalty for about 9 more years. Does this still satisfy the monthly income requirement?
