Searching for Luis near Matagalpa?

Twenty-five years ago I was a photojournalist living and working in Nicaragua.

I took the linked photo (see here... http://community.nicaraguadispatch.com/2015/04/28/can-you-help-me-find-luis-please-me-ayuda-a-encontrar-luis/) of Luis Jeres Luna in the Matagalpa region, the girl and baby are unidentified.

I want to find Luis again, and ideally the girl and baby too. Can anyone help me to find them please? I can offer $100 ‘finder’s fee’ to one person who verifiably puts me in touch with Luis Jeres Luna.

I expect to visit Nicaragua later this year and hope to trace one or all of the subjects before I arrive.
