It's the best Paradise! Our crime level is basically zero! We have some of the best breaks as I'm sure everyone is aware the ISA games were held here! We do not have the hustle and bustle that Granada or SJDS has! We have beautiful safe beaches, awesome surf, Popoyo itself is an A frame reef that guarantees at the least 300 days out of the year of off shore winds! There are many other secret surf spots as well! Cost of living in Popoyo is can vary depending if you are renting, buying or building! We currently have several lots starting at $15,000! It's my experience that building is usually the best way to go! We have several excellent restaurants, as well as a close knit community! Popoyo is also extremely Family Oriented but if you want that night life Mag Rock want let you down! If anyone would like to know anything else about Popoyo, rentals, etc please give me a shout! No harm intended but from experience I advise staying away from the surf camps! Way to expensive when you can rent a whole house for $650 a month that is fully equipped as well as cable and WiFi!
