I miss the American cuts of beef. My home will be near San Rafael del Sul, I would like to find meat to cut myself. Rib eye, Porter house, Filet, New York, Top sirloin, Chuck Roast. I am near a mercado. Have heard both sides of being safe and not buying from them. I assume that the locals do. Not seeing a lot of body's seem to contradict the safety warnings. I would think I could find hanging beef some ware than hire a butcher or butcher myself. Please if you have scare stories I have heard most of them. Hold to your self.
