Tipping

I'm planning my first trip to Nicaragua, and have had a lot of assistance from my daughter-in-law, who is Nicaraguan, awaiting her US resident visa. However, she doesn't know the tipping customs that well. We will be staying in Managua, taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, and probably taking taxis to get from place to place in the city. How much should I be tipping the drivers, hotel workers (and which ones), wait staff at restaurants, etc? Thank you for any helpful info.
