Hi there, my husband and I and our two kids (5 &3) are looking to move to Nicaragua from Canada January 2017. Ideally we wanted to take a quick trip before the big move without the family to look at schools for the kids and a home to rent, etc. but this won't be happening so we are relying on doing our research from here very well before we leave.
We are up in the air about Leon/Las Penitas, Granada or SJDS. We are also bringing our 2 dogs and 2 cats with us so this will be a challenge in the beginning, especially when we won't have a car right away when we land in the airport and going to xyz.
Our plan is to go for 6 months/1 year and if we love it there we will be making it permanent and will be purchasing a home.
Any information about home rentals, city location for a family with kids (schools) and bringing animals over would be great.
Are there are companies/businesses that helps families in the beginning make the move smooth?
