Help with Kittens in SJDS!

Hi all this is my first post thanks for reading! I am visiting a friend here in San Juan Del sur. Her and her friends live on playa marsella and just a few days ago we found two tiny tiny adorable sister kittens in the storm drain. The other visitor and I have been taking care of them but I'm afraid when we leave this week the residents won't take care of them and they'll likely die. It doesn't seem of much priority to them to take care of the kitties. Can someone lend a hand? They are just so adorable and healthy you'll fall in love.
