Importing

hey I've got a question and would like some real life feed back (not opinions)......I have a lot of experience with building and designing ( value engineering) and understand some of the hardships of building in Nicaragua...house arrest ,the inefficiency, lack of respect for your money, contracts, gringo price etc etc..
I have a quality (cache) of construction tools and would like to import them..also I have close ties with a Nicaraguan family that will take responsibility seeing them through customs and on too their residence..
So with that can I build a mobile crate loaded with construction tools and have it merged with other people's freight..this would save a lot of money( I do not need a whole container)...so the conclusion is I plan to build a little hotel the more I can do the better value I can offer...I am not planning on building another inefficient hot building in Nicaragua...
