Relocation advice and connections - San Juan del Sur

I'm planning, with a business partner, to purchase land in the San Juan del Sur area for future development and eventual resale (just a lot for a private home, not a parcel). Our goal is to purchase something around November or so, and to start the build next spring at which time we would be relocating there. We would likely rent the home initially and then eventually sell it. I would love some suggestions on real estate agents, lawyers, architects, and any other advice you expat experts may have!
