Open a dive club

Hello, I'm building an hotel in Bluefields, near the airport. My project is to offer tours to discover the Caribbean coast.
I practice kitesurf and snorkelling.
I want to offer diving trips in the islands of the caribbean, where there is no tourist dive. I have contacts with miskito divers, and they have compressor and tanks.
I'm looking for someone who have scuba equipment and wants to offer scuba diving. My idea is to offer 7 days tours, in different spots.
