The downtown apartment complex I stayed at recently, has been sold. The long time Manager, maid and security guard will no longer be needed and are available for re-employment.
The manager, a rare person. A Granada local, speaks excellent English! Unusually friendly, positive, personable, professional, capable, reliable and responsible. From day one of my stay there, I thought I’d hire him in a second if I ever had a need and chance. He made all the difference in my 4 month stay there at the apartments. Never too busy to offer help, advice or just a friendly conversation. He maintained each apartment and the complex like no other place I’ve ever stayed at and together with the maid, it was the cleanest and best maintained accommodation I’ve stayed at in Nicaragua. In one capacity or another, this person would be a HUGE asset to your business or home, no matter the position and honestly, someone needs to snatch this guy up quickly!
His long-term maid is also quite unique in my experience. I’ve rarely seen anyone with a standard of cleanliness as hers. Quickly and efficiently, she cleaned and maintained those rooms/apartments like no one I’ve seen before and I’d also hire her in a heartbeat, if I were living in Granada.
Also now available for hire is his long-term security guard. He worked 7 nights a week, plus all day Sunday!!! But please don’t make his work without a night off once or twice a week!
