Corporation

Residency by investment requires creating a corporation. And there are obligations like monthly audits which cost around $300 as I was told by one law firm and then there is yearly report.
I'm not going to run any business so paying that much every month for nothing is out of question.
I wonder if anyone got residency by creating a corporation and how this works for you?
