Help!

Hello expats.
My father (92) retired to Nicaragua close to 15 years ago.
He usually calls me every second week, but I haven’t heard from him in over a month. I’m very worried. He has no phone (I know, don’t get me started!) and the woman who cares for him had her phone stolen so I can’t contact her either.
He lives near Mombacho, I was hoping that someone here might be able to go check on him. Or if you have any suggestions? I tried calling churches in Granada to get help, but my Spanish is horrible and I couldn’t understand them.
