Where to obtain a RT-PCR Covid test with guaranteed results in 24 hours?

I am helping someone plan a trip into and out of Managua. Avianca airlines is, as far as I know, the only airline that is flying from the US and into Nicaragua and return. In order to fly out of Managua on Avianca it is necessary to have RT-PCR Covid Test with guaranteed results sent within 24 hours of the test. This is necessary to meet the requirements of not being tested more than 24 hours before departure and having to submit the results in a PDF format no less than 36 hours of departure. OK, that is what is required. But does anyone know where this type of Covid test and the 24 hour result is given? This test is not the normal Covid test but is the test required for nearly all international flying these days. Thanks in advance for this - the Avianca website provides the information for every nation they fly in and out of except for Nicaragua.
