Covid mandates - personal freedoms

Just wondering how restrictive Nicaragua was/is when it comes to masks, vaccinations, and lockdowns. I currently live in a rural area in Alberta and it hasn't been too bad here (still some common sense) but we are now currently the only country in the world where we are not allowed to get on a flight without the experimental mRNA jab and I anticipate that it may get worse here fairly soon. We have a dictator running this country and we are in a position to leave and retire early in a less expensive country. Looking for a place where we can be free to travel and not be treated like second class citizens if we are not jabbed. Currently looking at Nicaragua, Paraguay, Panama and maybe Uruguay.
