How to Find a Guide/Translator

Hi. I'll be arriving in Granada on Nov 3. I would like to hire a person that can act as my translator/guide as I establish myself in Granada. This would be coming with me to get a SIM card and a Granada phone number, opening a bank account, maybe talking to a prospective landlord, etc. It would be grand if the person could also show me where I could get art supplies, where the best places are to shop for food, where the art museums are, where the best nightclubs would be, etc..

How can I find such a person and what would I pay them?
