Due to contraddicting information on the possibility to open a bank account as non-resident foreigner in Albania, I'm asking you all to explain how (if) you managed to open a bank account while you were not a resident. While in Albania last Nov. 2022 I did visit a few banks in Tirana: all the answers were negative. Is your experience different? If "yes", what's your nationality? Thanks.
