Should I tip my doctor?

I went to a government hospital in Yerevan and a doctor who is head of the Dept was particularly helpful toward me, getting me ahead of the queue for a consultation & tests, and communicating with me about my test results outside of work hours etc.

Should I offer her some cash like a gift? If so, how much would be appropriate?
