I've been a visitor to Dominica for more than 30 years, but it's been about 10 years since my last trip.
I'm interested in moving there and running a New York style hot dog stand as a street vendor. Any there are any?
Repeated emails to the Government about this have gone unanswered. Does anyone know if vendor licenses are restricted to Dominica citizens?
