I may be located in Roseau for a year. What are the best plans for getting internet at home and mobile phone service. From some searches it looks like Digicell is the major provider.
The local voltage is 230v so no appliances from the US would work easily. Is it advisable to bring some small things like 230v blender, etc. or buy it locally?
