Let me introduce us, my name is Arthur and we are travelling to Dominica with my beautiful wife and little brother this March.
We plan to spend time from 6 months to one year on the island. Preparation time is going fast and we are bit struggling with the decision where exactly to settle down ...
We are backpacker type of persons, mostly coming to the island to enjoy nature, fishing and peace of mind! The best area for us would be in not too crowded area but at the same time it would help to have a little bit "bigger" settlement not TOO far ... I mean like 30 mins or so ?
Could You please recommend Your favourite areas of living in Dominica ? Considering what I mentioned above, where would You think we should settle ?
Second question is about renting a place there :) I got one email from this forum about helping with rentals in Dominica but that person has not replied jet! Do You know anyone who would want to help us out ? Our budget is not too big but from what I have read I think it is enough for a private place that qualifies for what we are looking for. If someone who could help reads this post, please reply ASAP! Your help will be highly appreciated!
