Walking dogs in Addis, hiking, mountain bikking and 4x4

Hi We might move to Addis early next year but I cant find any info on walking dogs in Addis, specifically in the area where Expats normally live. Can someone help? Also, we love hiking, mountain biking and exploring the countryside with 4x4's. Any info on that will help.
