LEBANON

My question is if you want to move to Lebanon but do not intend to work there will it be difficult to get a visa?

I currently receive social security benefits and would have no need to pay rent as I have a friend who owns a two family in a mountain village where I would be allowed to stay. I have already visited the area and have enjoyed it. The villagers and I get along well. I do not speak Arabic nor French but have managed to communicate with people either through speak my native language: English or through using google translate. I have been taking Arabic speaking classes but people don't understand my Arabic (although I have been learning Arabic from a person born in Lebanon) with my American accent. lol
