FREE DOG WALKING* in subic bay

Im a taiwanese working in triboa bay,subic.
Im a dog lover,but keeping a dog in my apartment is not allowed.
I know it's a little bit weird,but I just want to hang out with dogs....
I already tried to find stray dogs in my neighborhood...but it's really difficult.
