Potentially moving to St Lucia. 2 questions. Life with a toddler for a mum and Zika

Hello, we're thinking of moving to St Lucia for a job opportunity. There are a couple of key questions we'd love some local insight on please:
1. Our daughter would have just turned 2 on arrival. Would it be easy for my wife to meet and socialise with other mothers of toddlers? Are there toddler play groups and activities? Essentially the concern is without things like this my wife may get lonely.
2. Zika. We've seen Zika is on the island and haven't decided yet on a 2nd child. We have seen UK advice on Zika in St Lucia but are interested to find out what the latest is from doctors on the ground. Thoughts?
