Moving to St. Lucia

My wife and I currently reside and work in New York. We have been doing some research and looking into job opportunities in St. Lucia. In New York I been a as a Fitness Trainer for over 12 years and would love to continue my career there. I was hoping if anybody may be able to point us in the right direction or the appropriate individual. We have plans on re-locating to St. Lucia and will be visiting in the next month or so. So having a job to obtain visas would be the crucial for us. Any information that anybody can provide will be appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
