Vacation in St. Lucia - looking for friendships

Hi all, I will be traveling solo to St. Lucia on May 27 - June 4 to Marigot Bay. I would love to meet some ex-pats or locals for dinners, etc. I am also looking to perhaps retire on this wonderful island in the future. Any feedback is welcome. Regards, Robin
