Custom Tax on relocation items

Hi there,

My husband is currently working in St Lucia and moves to his new rental property next week.
As the move from U.K. to St Lucia was a very quick one I stayed back in uk to get house ready for rental here.
However, my husband would like some items shipped over including some new items which I am yet to purchase (looking at new games console).
Do you know how expensive the customs tax is? I hear I need receipts for all items? But some items we have had for years so don't have proof of purchase.

Is it worth just buying out there instead?
