How do people buy cars to drive on the island? I've heard some go through websites like tradecarview but how know if reputable since they ask for money transfer up front? Are there reputable local car dealers even if more expensive? Other ways? I can't import from my home in USA - O want a car that has steering on the right for safety reasons.
