Young Woman - want to work in St Lucia

Hii, I am in my early 20s I live in the UK and I am graduating this year. My boyfriend is Lucian and I have been to the country a few times.

I have started thinking about living & working there for 6months-2 years. Thinking of moving in 2021.

However, I have had trouble finding job opportunities in St Lucia, I have been to all the websites trying to find jobs but I have not seen one opportunity in the past 4 months.

what's the best way to find jobs for expats. also what is the working environment for expats?

Lastly, Can someone help me finding sponsors, job postings even sharing contacts with me?
