chartering to and from PTY to Bocas

Hey there!
We are looking to visit Bocas Del Toro next spring and looking at options for getting up there from Panama city (flying into PTY).
Looking like we have to transfer to a smaller airport, are there reputable shuttles available and does anyone have a charter flight company they'd recommend? Appreciate y'alls help!
