Cebu place to eat

I have been in Cebu city area, Mandaue City , etc. for about 4 months. Kind of get tired of looking for real beef at Ayala mall and getting a plate of fat or a bowl of beef soup with a bunch of chunks of fat. Or paying out the nose at other places.
Look for a place called
“Black SmokeHaus”. It’s very good and not expensive. No baked potato, but it has fries and rice, I’m just an expat here from St Louis Missouri. Hope the rest of you are doing well..
